our mission 

Since our kids were born our life changed upside down, the most significant change happened on the way we plan our holidays. Hotels are not convenient as used to be when we were couples only, rooms are small, corridors are noisy exactly when kids go to sleep, busy, crowded, kids have to share the facilities with others, time rush for meals with kids is painful. that’s make me think about alternative, holiday with freedom, privacy, our pool and our facilities, our food, only us. we thought about book an entire place.

After our first holiday in a villa, I wasn’t satisfied, no doubt Villa is way better than hotel with kids but it’s not perfect, something always missing, owner didn’t think about everything, I decided to buy my own holiday villa and make it perfect, we bought Villa Lynn boutique seafront 2015, and we made it perfect as its going to be our house. We decided to rent it out when we are not there, we got loads of booking, amazing reviews from people appreciate what we did, we noticed we doing something special here so the idea grow to a little business, Perfecticos ltd. own 4 luxury family holiday places, two seafront villas, one 5-bedroom mansion in the forest of Protaras and one 7-bedroom palace in the mountains of Ayia Napa. 

With Covid hitting our life we ticked another big box why to go to villa not to hotel. Perfecticos ltd aim to make your holiday as perfect as possible especially if you planning holiday with kids. Recently we are getting requests for events like weddings, christening and parties.
